Crane-Assisted Tree Removal in Troy
Two mature oaks behind a Troy home sat between a pool and a screened porch with no equipment access. We picked them out over the house with a crane.
The problem
Zero rear access and a pool deck directly beneath the canopy meant conventional climbing and dropping was not an option.
Equipment used
- Crane
- Climbing crew for rigging picks
- Chipper and log truck
How we protected the property
- Pool covered and deck matted
- Each pick flown clear of the house to the street
- Street coned and spotters posted during lifts
The result
Both oaks removed in one day with the pool, porch, and landscaping untouched.
